High explosives will create what at the point of origin? A mound of debris A crater A secondary explosion A lack of hydrogen

This question is rather poorly worded. When you think about it, an HE grenade (just an example) goes boom, leaving a crater where it exploded, and shooting debris (dirt, rocks or whatever it blew up on) around. In some situations, it would also cause a secondary explosion, like, if you threw a grenade at a bunch of other explosives. However, I'm not positive on the lack of hydrogen part. Of course, if it was a hydrogen bomb (which I don't really think you'd want to be messing with), there would obviously be a shift in hydro levels, but I'm not positive it'd cause a lack of hydrogen, instead of an abundance.
