A. is wrong because it's opposite. Gymnosperms use the wind for pollination and angiosperms (flowering plants) use insects and other pollinators (at least many do).

B. is wrong. this is a trait of primitive plants

C. is sort of right, but I'm not sure it I would go so far to say that angiosperms are  dioecious.

D. is wrong because only gymnosperms do this.
