Do you mean help using OpenStudy? That's what the Feedback forum is for, or you can ask any ambassador (indicated with an A beside their name) or moderator (name squared in purple) for assistance.

For other forms of help, remember that we are volunteers and trained to provide academic rather than more personal forms of help. And that this is a public forum and we don't recommend posting any sensitive personal details in public here, or messaging it in private to people who you actually don't know in the real world.
