In order to follow the CoC I may not give you the answer so the best I can do is to deliver some hints and then you try answer the best you can:

1) Remember that mitosis is to create a 100% identical daughtercell while meiose is to make sure the genes get reshuffled when passed on ( http://images.tutorvista.com/content/cell-reproduction/meiosis-and-mitosis-comparison.gif)

2) Think about clones when answering for mitosis

3) + 4) look at a figure that compare the two processes (you can find that anywere - in your book on google)

5) Think about question 1 and then draw the full process for them both.
