Monsters can be more like human kind, because actually, they are very similar to people. They need to eat food, drink water to survive. They nee-ed their rest. They can reproduce. I very much agree with this quote

I agree as well, but for different reasons than already said.

The quote is saying MORE human.

In my favorite movie, Aliens, the main character Ripley says, "You know Burke, I don't know which species is worse. You don't see them *beeping* each other over for a god *beep* percentage."

This is rather true. In Aliens, the bad guy was trying to kill two girls (Ripley and Newt) just to bring the alien species aboard the spacecraft to get a huge pay raise. The aliens on the other hand were killing humans, but they would never attack/manipulate/hurt their own. Monsters in this case were MORE human because they weren't hurting their own brothers and sisters unlike our species, which does it every day.
