oh no dont ever plan on doing that.. i have studied that it can be quite addicting and me and my sister have been talking it and i want to make sure its true i dont want my little sister doing that...

well everytime i see it i always take a spoon full and once i take one i want to take another but i distract my self so i only take one spoonfull a day
