it's easy. it's your format template for fonts, images etc. look at css zen templates and see how it makes it look classy with very little work. there are tons of websites that teach CSS

you create your own css or even tweak current css that are already being used. it's a separate file, much like a text file, that manipulates the design structure.

you need to access where the files are and then replace the .css file
make sure you test it locally first so you know what it would look like
