How do I simplify this radical?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{54} + \sqrt{96}\]

So we use the property \[\sqrt{a*b}=\sqrt{a}*\sqrt{b}\] For example if we have \[\sqrt{90}=\sqrt{10*9}=\sqrt{10}*\sqrt{9}=\sqrt{10}*3=3\sqrt{10} \] Similarly what are the factors of 54 & 96?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{54}=\sqrt{?*?}\]

u turn it into a fraction
