Writing 16 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am writing a critical analysis of Sen's "The Idea of Justice." I am required to write it in APA 6. Since the entire paper only has one source, do I have to use the in-text citation (Sen, 2009) every single time I mention him? I feel this would make the paper look extremely awkward to the eye. Is there any APA6 support for citing Sen at the beginning of the paper and then footnoting that all references to Sen are from this book? Of course, I will cite page numbers of exact quotes. Thank you for your time.
