Does this sentence need a semi-colon? If you go to the drug store, get me some toothpaste, hair gel, and aspirin.
If you go to the drug store get me some toothpaste, hair gel and aspirin. So no.
Unless you're supposed to be using an oxford comma, in that case you would keep the comma before the and.
i agree with @mooshiex you dont need a semi-colon unless you are comparing two things in a sentence.. so what you've written is great, keep it that way :)
If you couldn't put a period there, then don't put a semicolon there. Unless, that is, you are giving a list and each item on the list is very long or gramatically complex; in that case, you can use semicolons instead of commas. But I don't think that's a problem here.
I don't think you can use more than one semi-colon in a sentence, that would be incorrect.
