Hi i am genetic student working on yeast. i transformed my vector to yeast and had colonies on selecive media. for over express my coloned gene i inoculate asingle colony to liquied media that containd glucose. amini acid droupout and YNB. but its growth is to slowly. in fact the diffrece bettween solid and liquied media is just agar. plz sb help me tnx.
