Which is the correct way to capitalize this sentence?

The answer is actually not any of these...D is close, but 'Cousin' should not be capitalized.

You're right, 'Cousin' should not be capitalized. I don't know why they did that. Looks like someone made a mistake when they typed it up for the English assignment.
D is still the answer though because all the others are far from right. :)
