explain conduction , convection and radiation in simple terms seperatly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All three of the describes the mode of energy transfer. 1.Conduction represents the process in which energy is transfered as vibration of the particle of the medium or in terms of flow of electrons if the medium is charged. This can be observed in solids. 2.Convection represents the process of energy transfer where the actual motion of the medium is involved. This can be observed in fluids. 3.Radiation represents the process of energy transfer through transparent medium like vacuum by means of quanta/energy packets/electromagnetic waves without involving the medium in the energy transfer.

Conduction is the movement of electrons and radiation is energy evolved with the movement of electrons.

heat and light are simple form of radiation.
