I think its false... but they worded it weirdly

Actually, I think its true.. cause its saying you stop pressing shift after hitting the key that needs capitalized.... right?

when releasing the shift key will enable u to Capitalize your letters
No, you hit shift first. Then hold shift and press the letter. Caps lock key is what there talking about.
It is true because you DEPRESS the SHIFT after you HIT the letter you want CAPITALIZED.
