First you must understand what:
Kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species means.
Those terms belong under something called biological classification.
To fully understand biological classification you need to understand "the tree of life".

Do you see how it's broken up?
It kinda looks like a tree, thus the name "tree of life".

Now use Wikipedia to located the Scientific classification.
