tan = sin/cos We know that sin is \[\frac{ \sqrt{2} }{ 2 }\] so \[1=\frac{ \frac{ \sqrt{2} }{ 2 } }{ \cos }\] so cos is also \[\frac{ \sqrt{2} }{ 2 }\] =>\[\theta=\frac{ \pi }{ 4 }\]
