If we figure out the rate (pounds/hour) for each of the two data points, we see that they are not identical.  This suggests that we cannot use a simple proportion to find the answer.  Instead, find the equation of a line that goes through (3.5, 605) and (10, 2100) and use that equation to find the value of (12, x) where x is the amount of strawberries processed in 12 hours.
