What was one criticism of the Vietnam-era draft system?

It disproportionately affected working class young men and African Americans.
It unfairly prevented college students from pursuing their educations.
It applied only to young U.S. men and not to young U.S. women.
It gave too much control over deferments to federal rather than local officials.
