Could someone help me out on this one...? Some historians argue that the French Revolution was more liberating than the American Revolution. What might be the basis for this argument? More people died in the American Revolution. The American Revolution was more of an international effort. Slaves were granted limited citizenship following the French Revolution. Women in America had fewer rights than French women after the revolution.
