I'm going to give you the basic points as I can't write the whole thing.
Some changes during WWII:
Americas had to reduce their use of resource so the military had some.
During WWII women were starting to realised that they could do what men do, so they began to be part of the workforce. 

Those two points should be enough for a page.

I've been wondering when will this war end, it's already been two months. They sound of screaming men echo in my head. My father was drafted to serve in the war. I haven't seen him since. I am forced to take care of my family, I can't find a job, so I do random work. The government still has a limitation on fuel, the house is cold at most times. My mother still tries to make the best of it tho. Although she has recently fallen ill. I suspect that she was over working herself. I sit by my mothers side wondering if my father is alive. Since my mother is ill my little sister has started to work in the textile mills. (That's a start)

I suspect that she was over working herself. I sit by my mother’s side wondering if my father is alive. Since my mother is ill my little sister has started to work in the textile mills. Women are starting to realize that they could do what men do, so they began to be part of the workforce. There were a variety of attitudes towards women in the work force. Some thought they should only have jobs that men didn’t want while others felt women should give up their jobs so unemployed men could have a job, especially during the Great Depression. Still other women held the view that women from the middle class or above should never lower themselves to go to work. These and other viewpoints would be challenged with the United States entry into World War II. Women started to realize that they could do what men do, so they began to be part of the workforce. At that moment I realized that maybe I should go into the work force. I was pretty scared at first because I knew there was risks.

I've joined the workforce, and I've enjoyed it a lot. There are other women and they are helpful too. I can expresses whats on my mind and how I feel to them. It's like there my family. My mother is feeling better after the ladies in the mill with me told me how to cure her. I owe them a lot. Then again we help each other. All I can do is now wait till my father comes home.
