Write the slope - intercept form of the equation of the line through the given point with the given slope. 1) through: (-3,5), slope = -2 y = -2 x - 1 I just want to know how to do this problem so I can learn how to do this for the rest of the other equations. Slope-intercept form is y-y0 = m(x-x0) where m is the slope and (x0, y0) is a point on the line. Just substitute the values that you have
