Hmm....uhh...!!....The agarose gel acts as a matrix that slows down the dna segments as they move to the opposite charged end of the gel....in simple....To separate the different sized fragments of DNA...Agarose gel is a substance used in processes that separate and analyze proteins and DNA.....
