Why did feudalism no longer meet the needs of citizens by the 15th century?

OpenStudy (opcode):

The plague killed so many people by the 15th century. It also made labor much more valuable. So that made it workers more valuable so because of that the workers could demand better working conditions than feudal lords could offer for them. So it it began to fail.
