You can break the inequalities apart like nubeer suggested and that will work, but it's faster just to keep them joined and do both at the same time because your solution would still have to be "put back together" and this can be done easily as written. Step 1: Subtract "3" from all three expressions. This will keep the sign going in the same direction and it will get rid of the "3" in the middle expression. Step 2: Divide all three expressions by "-2". For this, you will have to reverse both signs because you are dividing/multiplying by a negative number. And this is the last step because the middle expression will now be simply "x".
