what advantages does a seed plant have over a plant that produces spores? name three

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Spores transfer well in the wind and on pants legs, animals. Ferns reproduce so well in the woods. Seed plants use the same transference but have the added plus of birds, squirrels and bees. They can spread a nice clumping of flowers in a yard for many blocks. Not to mention, seed plants are usually prettier, more attractive, and therefore bought more often to be split and spread by humans.
