Distribute 5 on both sides
25x-15= 15x+35
combine like terms, i would subtract 15 so you wont get a negative-
10x-15=35
Add 15 to both sides-
10x=50
Divide each side by 10 to get x alone-
x=5 
& if you go back and plug x=10 in, they both come out to 110.

-27n+15-4=-16                        3(-9(1)+5)-4=-16
-27n+11=-16                             3(-9+5)-4=-16
-27n=-27                                    3(-4)-4=-16
n=1                                               -12-4=-16
                                                        -16=-16
