I hope that copied photo ain't supposed to get you more attention, as this is OpenStudy. Anyhoo, SSA is Side Side Angle in relativity, which means two sides and one angle are congruent in two triangles. A = 14, so two sides are 14, B = 16.5, so two sides are 16.5, and A = 43 degrees, which means there's a congruent angle measuring 43 degrees.
