A science class launches a model rocket. When it's fuel runs out, it is 170 meters above the ground and traveling upward at 39.2 meters per second. What is themaximum height the rocket reaches, and how long after the fuel runs out does it reach the height. The launch can be modeled by this function: h(t) = -4.9t2 + 39.2t + 170.
