How to find the second derivative using the quotient rule for f(x)= x^2-4/x^+4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i forgot quotient rule, but you can always use product rule, just rewrite the equation as a product\[\frac{x^2-4}{x^4} ?? then (x^2-4)*x^-4\]

I know how to do it now. Thanks anyway.
