I am having trouble understanding the explanation for problem 5d-2. I understand the substitutions, but I don't get the integration. What rule should I have followed to get [a^3(-cos (theta) + (1/3)(cos^3(theta))) + c] from [a^3*(integral(1-cos^2(theta))*sin(theta)*d(theta)).] Thanks
