i need help simplifying radical expressions?
please explain if you can i would appreciate it!

1. √3 + 4√3
2. 2√6 +3√96
3. (8 + √11)(8 - √11)

for 1.) can you factor √3 from both terms ?

for 2.) factor the numbers inside the square root and look for pairs of numbers to "pull out" of the square root

for 3.) use FOIL to multiply it out. you have a version of (a+b)(a-b) = a^2 - b^2
