ok, on the first one you have to triangles.

a.

triangle height = 10m.
triangle base = 150/2 = 75m

Pythagorean theorem.

10^2+75^2 = hypotenuse^2

hypotenuse = sqrt(100+5625)

hypotenuse = 75.66m

multiply this by 2 to get the total ray path length, since 75.66 is only the left triangle hypotenuse.
