I tried to find the country risk calification for Colombia but in the docs. i downloaded from damodaran wasn´t in it. Does anyone have an idea where else can i find this information? Or where exacly is in damodaran website?

I think you should divide Colombian market index annual volatility (atleast 5 years) by the S&P index annual volatility and then multiply it by USA equity risk premium to get Colombia Equity Risk Premium
