An object's heigh, in meters, when thrown vertically from the ground at a velocity of 80 m/s is given by the equation H=-4.9t^2+80t. Ignoring the wind resistance, what is the heidght of the ball after 2 seconds? 3 seconds? 10 seconds?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

substitute t = 2 into the height equation \[H(2) = -4.9\times 2^2 + 80 \times 2\] same process for t = 3 and t = 10
