Question

People who have taken AP Calc or Stats?

Ok, so I need to pick between the two and I really want to take calc but I'm worried I'll get squashed because math isn't my strong point. People say stats is really easy but I absolutely SUCK at word problems so I think that calc would be a better option.

I also want to major in pharmacy so do think I should listen to my counselor when she says I should take stats to be safe?

iirc, high school stats is relatively easy compared to calc, and calc will likely have more difficult word problems.

And if your college counselor recommends stats, I'd say that's a safe bet. You could also take calc if you think you need/want to?

I feel like since I want to major in pharmacy, I won't get accepted into the college of my choice if I don't take calc
