is there any relation between area and perimeter of any regular polygan ,if yes.! then is it aplicable to irregular ones also

I don't think so. To put a counterexample: if you know fractals, then it is kind of iregular poligon with defind área and perimeter that can go from a fixed number to infinity

in short there is no any relation between area and perimeter of any regualr polygon

I just drawed you two polygons with same are, but different perimeter. So I think there is no relationship
