This might help: http://www.ehow.com/info_8651468_three-characteristics-demand-curve.html Position, Shift, and Slope You're right, it's a downward sloping graph (from left to right), and it has an inverse relationship with demand and price. Your could also apply the concept of Ceteris Paribus and say that "it follows the law of demand, meaning that as Price goes up, Demand falls, ceteris paribus (meaning all other things being the same)"

razor99 (razor99):

1) It is curve that move from left to right 2)It shows a graphical representaion of qauntity demanded for a product 3)There is an inverse or opposite relationship between price and qauntity demanded

OpenStudy (jennychan12):

oh okay thanks guys :)

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

1) Quantity axis 2) Time axis 3) Supply and demand slopes
