How do i type square root numbers on this site?

Use the Equation function as mentioned, or type in the code manually: \[\sqrt{25}\]

After you type in the square root function, click on the exponential function. It will open up a bracket for you to type in. Or again, you can do it manually by adding ^ { # } after the square root function. \[\sqrt{25}^{5}\]
