I have a question if anybody can help (:????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which of the following correctly compares the structures of plant and animal cells? Both plant and animal cells have a large central vacuole where enzymes, nutrients, and waste are stored. Both plant and animal cells have ribosomes which synthesize proteins for the cell. Both plant and animal cells have a nucleus where cellular respiration takes place. Both plant and animal cells have cell walls which transport substances into and out of the cell.

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Okay. Lets take each option step by step and then lets find the answer? :)

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Lets start with the first option: Does both animal and plant cells have a large central vacuole?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

animal cells have small vacuole

OpenStudy (frostbite):

So that option is removed :) What about ribosomes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am not really sure about ribosomes.....i think there are many of them in the cell but i am unsure......

OpenStudy (frostbite):

You should stick with that feeling cause it is right :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so both cells have ribosomes??!!!!!

OpenStudy (frostbite):

They do :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thanks :) have a good day..and I will give you a medal!! (:

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Well you kinda answered your own question so medal to you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (frostbite):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
