MEDAL WILL BE GIVEN. solve the following inequalities. 21. -6t >18 23. h/4<5 25. 3/5 h ≥ -9 27. -17.1m < 23.8 29. 4k-1≥-3 31. 3t>5t+12 33. 4+x/2>2x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'll do just one and you will do the others

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pick one that you think is the hardest problem

@brookie5150

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just don't understand what to do when the variable is up to the number. @begzat

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first one you divide by -6 but also you need to change the inequality

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-6t>18 divide by -6 t< -3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@brookie5150

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so then, for the second one you would divide 4 and 5 and change your sign? @begzat

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no you change the sing, when you divide be negative number for ex. -4x>8 divide by -4 and change the sing x<-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the second one if different you first multiply by 4 everything so it is (h/4<5)4 4 and 4 cancel out and 5*4 is 20 h<20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hope this helps :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you so much. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

YW !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

those r so easy o_e

OpenStudy (anonymous):

21) t<-3 23) h<20 25) h>= -15 27) m >-1.3 29)k>=- 2/4 31) t<-6 33) x>8/3
