Popular sovereignty means that
officials only make laws that are approved by people educated in law independence is not granted by a ruler but agreed upon by the people people who receive the most attention from others should have power government authority comes from the people and is subject to their will
I'm betting on the last one, but I'm not sure because it says: "subject to their will"
A+++ You didn't even need help with this one!
Popular Sovereignty- people are the most important source of governmental power. Over time popular sovereignty has been expanded y amendments to the Constitution that grant more groups the right to vote: African Americans (the 15th Amendment), women (the 19th Amendment), and young people between the ages of 18-21 (the 26th Amendment)
:D
Basically what it's saying is the government is elected by the people and therefore subject to the peoples will. If the government doesn't do what we want them to do... out they go!
