I beleve it is D, because spiders build webs by instict, lions hut for food and are born with that instinct, and birds build a nest once again because of natural instinct....A bat being aggressively however is a learned behavior because for it to be aggressaive ti must have had a previus experionce...please excuse my spelling, hope this helps :)
