f you have something raised to a power you mutliply the exponents. If it doesn't have an exponent than you can place an understood 1 as the exponent. (7^1*2)(a^1*2)(b^3*2) or (7^2) (a^2) (b^6) simplify 49a^2b^6 or the third one. Hope I helped :)
