What is [T]_BC?

I've gotten what [T]_B,E is (or so I think):
\[\left[\begin{matrix}2 & -4 & -4 \\ -1 & -4 & -7\end{matrix}\right]\]

but I'm having trouble with converting this to BC. This specific example or help in general would be appreciated.

i hope that 3 and 2 is not square and cube
