Need HElp Medalls@!!!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

solve for X \[-12=-\frac{ 3 }{ 4 }x\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so in order to find X, you need to get it all by itself, so first u want to divide -3/4 on both sides of the equal sign...do tht

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tomo help me please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i go 16 for one side and the other im not sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-12 = (-3/4)*x multiply both sides by 4. -12*4 = -3*x -48 = -3x divide both sides by -3 -48/-3 = x x = 16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

great!! thts right on the one saide u would get 16 and on the other, it would just be X, so X would = 16 did tht help??
