ok... ao you have to sketch 

$$x = \frac{-y^2}{6} + \frac{16}{6}$$

which is a left facing symmetric about the x- axis and having a vertex at (8/3, 0) I think

it also has y intercepts at y = 4 and y = -4

so it looks like
