if triangle ACB, M is the midpoint of AC, N is the midpoint of CB, and O is the midpoint if AB, if the perimeter of triangle ACB is 46, what is the perimeter if triangle NOM?

A. 46
B. 23
C. 35.5
D. Cannot be determined

The segment joining the midpoints of two sides of a triangle has length half that of the third side. So, each side of triangle MON is 1/2 each of the corresponding sides of triangle ACB

If ACB triangle has perimeter 46 then triangle MON has perimeter half that amount.
