well...in my point of view.... Pop - shyt you hear on the radio that popular and senseless, untalented and happy sounding. Like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Kesha etc Rock - Using guitars, no they dont shout in all. Guns N Roses, AC/DC and much more....

well..... pop has a more jumpy feeling to it and its more for kids of 14 and 13 ect. but rock is for all and has more guitar bass and drums

Rock is based on emotional intensities to the extreme, while pop is more emotionally melodic.
