Well, regarding your question i would say that you can talk about what type of food they prefer.
Like Indians prefer spicy food, arabs like sweet and more 'organic' materials, etc.

Is there such a thing as Armenian cuisine ?  Or is it part of a regional cuisine?

This is a great topic, and one with many ways to go. Let's see what phi says. Armenian cuisine is actually very close in nature to Greek cuisine. You could ask questions about what makes Armenian cuisine a part of Armenian culture, and not greek. You could  research  the differences between Greek food and Armenian food.
