\[\large{(4m^2-n^2)}\] We can write \(\large{\color{blue}{4m^2}}\) as \(\large{\color{green}{(2n)^2}}\) therefore we have : \[\large{\color{grey}{(2n)^2-n^2}}\]
oops sorry I meant 2m^2
\[\large{\color{grey}{(2m)^2-n^2}}\] \[\large{\color{green}{(2m+n)(2m-n)}}\] as (a^2-b^2) = (a+b)(a-b)
